9:00:31 AM Chairman Martineau Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners White, Martineau, and Skinner, Deputy County Attorney Erin Arnold, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller. The meeting was held at the Gallatin County Detention Center

Approval of Contracts: Memorandum of Understanding for Acceptance of a Joint Award Pass-Thru Agreement from the City of Bozeman. Original source of funds is from the US Department of Justice. 50/50 split of funds for firearms ($9,655); Morrison-Maierle, Inc. for Gallatin Gateway Wastewater System Environmental Assessment ($18,200.00); Morrison-Maierle, Inc. for five year RID Administration ($36,960.00); Dust Bunnies janitorial services at the Law & Justice Center, Guenther Building and Jail. ($10,014 per month for 30 months); and Acceptance of a CEASE Award for $4,410.00 from the DUI Task Force to Purchase Three (3) Refurbished Stalker Dual SL Radar Units to Install in Patrol Vehicles to Help Assist Deputies in Combating DUI's 3. Review and Approval of Minutes Summary for May 7 and 13, 2014 4. Decision on a Request for Final Plat Approval for the Amended Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 Springhill Park Subdivision (Gallatin County/Bozeman Area Zoning District) 5. 9:06:15 AM Grants & Projects Administrator Larry Watson No bids were received on this project for installation of an informational sign. He will regroup with the engineers and go back to the venders to find out why no bids came forth.

9:07:41 AM Grants & Projects Administrator Larry Watson Opened the one bid from Wagner Nursery and Landscaping. No addendums required. The bid bond was not found. The base bid was in the amount of $99,010.00. The bid will need to be further reviewed.
